Why do you take pictures?
I take pictures to preserve memories as a kind of diary, because my memory is not good. Photography is like a precious experience, I live to shoot and shoot to be alive in this world.
Where do you get your inspiration?
From life, poetry, everyday stories
Who are your influences?
Antoine d'Agata, Sorab Hura, Jeff Wall
What determines the subject matter you choose?
I choose subjects that are closely related to me. Things that make me have emotions, desires, and cravings. Things that exist between love and fear. I want to seek the rawness, roughness, and poetic within my subjects. I was afraid of a lot of things and wanted to use photography to confront my fears.
What impact would you like your art to have?
It is difficult to describe it. I just want to let people in the same situation as me be able to share their vulnerabilities and overcome them.
What artwork do you never get bored with?
Blue Affair by Kosuke Okahara
Is there anything you want to add?
I'm happy to contribute a little bit to the issue. I hope to see and get to know more artists around the world. This is an opportunity for me to develop my knowledge of photography.
Thank you very much see-zeen.
